Annual Report

The Superintendent, or the Superintendent's designees, shall on an annual basis prepare an Annual Report for Saunders County School District No. One. The report shall be distributed to members of the Board of Education, the local media and be available to the residents of the district. A summary of the report will be distributed through a news release to the residents of the district with information on how the residents may obtain a complete copy of the report.

The Annual Report shall contain but not be limited to the following information as required by Rule 10 (Regulations and Procedures for the Accreditation of Schools):

· On a building basis, student success in achieving the state standards

· School district demographics

· School improvement goals and progress toward meeting them

· Financial information

Individual test scores will be kept confidential. If there are fewer than ten students in the grades being reported, or if reporting would allow for the identification of students because they all had comparable scores, a grade level report will not be provided.
