Community Relations
Responsibilities of
School Personnel
A good public relations
program is made possible through the efforts of the personnel of the district.
All employees are encouraged to use tact and tolerance in their relationships
with students, parents, and the general citizenry.
It is expected that the
instructional staff will become sufficiently well informed to explain the
school's program, its strengths as well
as its problems and needs, to the community.
The assumption is made
that the staff will exhibit high personal and professional standards of conduct
at all times. One aspect of such conduct is the willingness to accept
constructive criticism whenever
justified.
