Preparation of the Budget Document

After consultation with employees and with the board, a proposed budget statement as prescribed by State law shall be prepared in writing by the Superintendent for presentation to the board members no later than the September 1.

The proposed budget shall be presented on forms as prescribed by the office of the State Auditor.
