Transfer of Funds Between Categories Amendments

The board reserves the right to approve the transfer of funds between budget funds or to amend the approved budget, except as prohibited by law.

The transfer of monies between budget funds or amendments of proposed or approved budget shall be by roll call vote of the board in open session and the record shall state how each member voted or if the member was absent or not voting (See 3150)

Sums levied and collected for erection or improvements of school facilities shall constitute a special fund for the purposes for which same was voted and shall not be used for any other purposes unless such transfers are approved as provided for by statute.
