Appointment of
Professional Personnel
Contracts
The execution, renewal,
amendment or termination by the district of the contracts of professional
employees shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, as amended
from time to time, and where there is no controlling law, then by the policies,
rules, resolutions and dictates of the board of education and the provisions of
any agreement negotiated with professional employees or their recognized
bargaining agents.
The terms and conditions
of all contracts for the appointment of professional personnel shall be
specified in writing.
