Separation and Retirement: Reduction in Force

The termination of the contract of a professional employee, on an involuntary or voluntary basis, will be in accordance with statutes of the State of Nebraska, policies adopted by the board of education and conditions agreed upon by the board of education in negotiated agreements with its employees.
