Compensation and Related Benefits

Compensation of professional employees shall be in accordance with provisions of law and provisions of contracts established between the board and either individual employees or representative organizations. The specifics of compensation and related benefits shall be stated in such contracts or agreements, shall be as provided by statute, and listed in the employee handbook when possible.
