Legal and Civic Duties

Employees of the Ashland-Greenwood Schools may be excused for jury duty as stated by state statute. Employees of the Ashland-Greenwood Public Schools subpoenaed as witnesses may be excused from their school duties for such witness service without any reduction in salary.

Any payment other than expenses received from the courts for such service must be given to the district.
