Load/Scheduling/Hours
of Employment
The exact hours of duty
are to be established by the superintendent or the supervisor to meet the
specific needs of a building or job assignment. Employees must have permission
to exceed these hours. Employees who manipulate the time clock for financial
gain may be dismissed. Manipulating the time clock includes:
A. Timing clock in or clock out time to gain an
extra quarter of an hour.
B. Having another employee clocking in or out
for you.
C. Repeatedly
failing to clock out.
D. Working
beyond scheduled quitting time or clocking in before start time without
permission.
