Married/Pregnant Students

A student will not be excluded from attendance at school solely upon the basis that such student has been or is married.

A student will not be excluded from attending school solely upon the basis that such student has been or is pregnant; a pregnant student may continue to attend school as long as the health of the student permits attendance at school.

The board shall, for all students including those who are married or pregnant, devise such means as may seem best to secure regular attendance and progress of children at school, as required by statute.
