Part-Time Employment (work release)

Within the provisions of statute and board policy, the superintendent of schools shall develop rules and regulations to govern work release programs. Rules, regulations and procedures for approval of work release will be specified in the student handbook of any attendance center within the district in which work release programs are offered.
