Organizational Plan
It shall be the intent of
the board of education to operate attendance centers and programs of
instruction which achieve the maximum levels of both effectiveness and
efficiency; the board reserves the right to determine the number of attendance
units to be operated, the grade levels to be included within attendance units,
and any other decisions which relate to the organization of K-12 instruction
offered within the district.
The superintendent of
schools is charged with the responsibility of recommending to the board those
patterns of school and grade level organization, or organization for
instruction, which are most likely to be both most effective and most efficient
in meeting the instructional goals and objectives of the school district within
any limitations imposed by statute, board policies, avai1able financial
resources, available facilities, and available personnel.
