Concept and Roles in Construction

The board of education will establish long-range plans of school improvements and maintenance. The superintendent will recommend a plan for long-range school improvement and maintenance.

The school plant is an important responsibility of the board of education. Periodic studies for better and more efficient facilities are essential to an efficient school.
