New Construction

Architectural and Engineering Services

The board reserves the right to select architectural and engineering services through the process of requests for proposals for such services.

The board reserves the right to specify which services are to be performed by an architectural or engineering firm and to accept or reject any or all proposals.

The board shall, upon the advice of the superintendent and the school attorney, enter into contracts for services from architectural or engineering firms or other agencies submitting proposals to perform services related to new construction. Such contracts shall specify the services to be performed and the fees for such services.
