Internal Board Policies

Temporary Committees

In addition to the appointment of standing committees, the board president or the board may appoint such temporary committees as are deemed necessary.

Temporary Committees shall serve at the pleasure of the board president or a majority of the board, but shall not serve beyond the date of the re-organizational meeting except when reappointed.

Temporary committees shall be considered dissolved upon submission of a final report (9140).
