Determining Agenda

Distribution of Agenda Materials

The Board of Education shall make available to any member of the public a current agenda, describing the topics of the meeting and the order at which they will be acted on at an upcoming meeting, upon request. These agendas will be mailed at no charge to members of the public also upon request.

Agenda packets which contain supportive materials relative to agenda issues (i.e., financial reports, minutes of prior meetings, accounting of claims, etc.) shall also be distributed to the following individuals:

A. All members of the Board of Education

B. General Election Candidates for the Board of Education

C. Administrative Staff

D. A representative of the media

E. One copy which is available for public inspection and copying.

The district shall make agenda packets available to any member of the public requesting such at a cost of $1.50 per packet and will mail the agenda packet at an additional cost of $1.50 for each agenda packet. The district shall also make any extra copies of agenda supportive materials available to the public during meetings of the board to enhance communications with the public.
