Bylaws of the Board
Officers
At the annual meeting the
board shall elect a president, vice president and secretary by ballot from the
membership of the board.
The board shall also
appoint an executive secretary and treasurer and fix their salaries in
accordance with the statutes of the State of
The board shall appoint
each July a treasurer whose term will commence at the beginning of the next
fiscal year.
