Adoption and Amendment of Administrative Regulations

The board shall not adopt administrative regulations unless specifically required to do so by law or requested to do so by the superintendent. Adoption and amendment of board adopted regulations shall follow the same procedures specified for adoption and amendment of policies (9310).

The board reserves the right to review and veto administrative regulations when such regulations are, in the board's judgment, inconsistent with policies adopted by the board.
