Bylaws of the Board

 

Special Meetings

 

 

A special meeting of the board may be called by the president, when in his or her opinion it is necessary, or by any two board members.

 

No business shall be transacted at any special meeting which does not come within the purpose or purposes set forth in the call for the meeting unless it is of an emergency nature.

 

All special meetings shall be held in the main office of the district unless otherwise designated by the president with the approval of the board.

 

Special board sessions may be adjourned to a definite date and time.
