Bylaws of the Board

Regular Meetings

The board shall meet in regular session on the first and third Mondays of each calendar month, unless otherwise designated by the president with the approval of the board.

All meetings shall be held in the main office of the district unless otherwise designated by the president with the approval of the board.

Regular board sessions may be adjourned to a definite date and time.

The second meeting each month (when held) will be considered for legal purposes as a continuation of the first meeting.
