Problem based learning is a learning and teaching strategy where students solve problems related to the curricular area. The problems are ill-structured problems and lacking of an easy solution. The teaching strategy is used by staff of the Ashland-Greenwood Public Schools in Ashland, NE as a result of Excellence in Education Grant Program through the State of Nebraska.
